By the way, all T-Mobile bills are made out in Pacific Daylight or Pacific Standard Time, no EDT OR EST. Easy to check on the internet. If you’re 3 time zones east, you make a call at noon, the bill would show 9 0’clock
That is not evident from the image you linked to. Please link to a page that addresses the alleged ‘serious problems’.
Here is the full PDF of Trayvon Martin’s cell phone records: http://media.nbcbayarea.com/documents/call+log.pdf
The “girlfriend” call is shown at 7:12pm for 4 minutes. But, as the person in the link above noted, the times are supposed to be Pacific, not Eastern time. So the phone call was at 10:12pm Eastern, if one is to believe the “The date and time for all calls corresponds to Pacific Time” note from that log. Although who could have answered the phone and talked for 4 minutes on it at that time, I have no idea.
I’m sure it’s there somewhere…
I wouldn’t blame a conservative for not following a link to thr DailyKos or some anonymous left-wing blog. Some “treehouse” or fucktard Glenn Beck’s site make for pretty shitty sources.
It seems that this apparent inconsistency is something that has been observed on T-mobile’s website:
It was like that for everyone. A cell carrier having a confusing account management is a lot easier to fathom than something as unthinkable as a teenager’s cell phone usage history having an unexplained three hour gap before his death.
There is not enough crack in the world.
I disagree.
in fairness, this is an anomaly that needs to be addressed.
And, in fairness, it seems it has.
You know, I didn’t even find the part in the linked article that brought up the time zone thing. I just read enough to see that the author’s ability to use reason and logic to arrive at conclusions was not present.
“Trayvon’s friend Mario uses ‘gang signs’ in his twitter profile, therefore Trayvon is a gang-banger.” <looks> **Mario’s **‘gang sign’ is “M.” <pees pants with fear>
Seriously, if you look at the Twitter feed of the managing broker of the rental department of the company I work for, it’s her making an “A” handsign with a bad-ass look. She isn’t yet thirty, and our company starts with an “A.” How insulated from popular culture do you have to be to find things like this that someone’s friends do damning?
Oh, right, you have to be so out of touch with reality that you’re providing content for ultra-conservative websites.
The link Terr used actually has that part.

You can see that the bill does indeed say PDT
O’Mara waived a speedy trial. I guess that means no trial this year.

Go to 05-08-12.
Is it common for murder trials to actually take place within 180 days?
Extremely uncommon.
In general, delay favors the defense. Of course that doesn’t stop the defense from piously raising a speedy trial claim if they can get away with it!
I guess we haven’t reached the bottom yet.
Seller Offers Gun Range Targets Meant to Resemble Trayvon Martin
Those things sold out in two days.
Lovely.
So many people have jumped on this band wagon to further their own agendas. In this way it mirrors the Duke case (where several posters who are posting on this issue lost their heads).
I’m glad that this is finally going to be properly examined in court. I still can’t decide what happened but a young man is dead and too many wankers (like the tools selling shooting range targets) are making money and/or notoriety off of his death.
Yeah, it’s exactly like the Duke case.
Glad you read my post carefully.
I just re-read your post and it can be read two ways. My apologies if I mis-interpreted, I must be getting cynical.
The Duke case has already come up in these threads, not because of relevance but as rehaah of past disagrreements between posters. I hope we don’t go down that road again.
I hope the guy who sold the Trayvon targets uses the cash to buy a defective firearm that explodes in his face.
