(rubs hands together with a grin)
Yeesh, now I really have to go there!
Not that you’ll really notice, but this is another one where the dialogue from a certain character is different depending on who you take with you
“You travel with interesting companions doctor (insert line here)”
I took Miranda the first part, and now took Tali. Tali and Liara were my team in ME1, so we are back at it!
I did finish up Shadow Broker and before I continue with the main game, I’m doing the final significant DLC called Arrival.
I’m at about 25 hours into Mass Effect 2, by the way.
“What kind of weapons does this thing have?”
“It’s a taxi! It has a fare meter!”
Did you look at the dossiers on the Shadow Broker’s ship? Tali’s purchase history and Thane’s methods of killing people are my personal highlights. Oh, and Grunt’s Google history.
Yes. And it had one other great line.
“Remember when we could just slap omnigel on everything?? People were NOT happy when these things were upgraded!”
Any cute romantic moments for you and Liara in “Shadow Broker”?
Yes, I guess I’m not changing to anyone else in this game. Shame she is only part of that one mission.
Have you scanned 100% of the planets in the galaxy yet?
No. Is that a big priority?
You can still hook up with someone else if you want.
Not at all, you can just discover some more missions that way (usually 1 or 2 per system). Some of them are kind of fun, like the rogue mech factory.
Ah, I’m not sure what I have found and haven’t, then.
Have any of you played Dead Space? I feel like Dead Space evolved out of of some sections of Mass Effect.
I have played Dead Space but it has been a long time so I cannot comment on parallels.
As an aside I will say I hope Dead Space gets remastered. It deserves it.
Well, there’s a pretty funny easter egg if you scan the gas giants in the Local Cluster…
I just did the solo-mission DLC Arrival and then after that, went on board a reaper ship in the main-game. Both were very dead space like.
Here is a clip from Dead Space, which remember, is actually a shooter through and through.
In that case, you’re now locked into the endgame. Legion’s loyalty mission should be available after talking to him on the Normandy - do it RIGHT NOW because you won’t have a chance if you do anything else first.
Thanks, I just got back and saved and exited. It didn’t make that clear to me yet, but I hope the game says “hey, this is the point of no return!”
