When I open the door in the mornings for the dogs, the three young ones go racing out. Doxie stands there, giving me the Blue Lou look, and I always give me best Aretha impression and yell that at him. 
That’s good, but for me, its the look on his face and the tone of voice when he says just two words: “Chicken Wire?” 
One thing I just noticed: The restaurant scene is the only scene in the whole movie where people break into an incredible song-and-dance routine in a venue where that never happens. Even other singing scene is in a place where people normally do such things (though the church scene and the jail house rock scene are a bit much).
I had that thought too. She is dying so soon after her Blues Brothers husband. One of life’s little ha-ha’s I guess.
