I am trying to understand how someone as stupid as this could ever be elected to Congress. Oh, I do remember her comments about the Mars Rover (how it could see the flag…planted on the moon. As always, people have the right to be stupid (SOS John Kerry says so), but Waters is a bit extreme.

As for Maxine Waters, would it have killed you to provide a link or some context for the remark? Since most of the links I found were along the lines of the WorldNutDaily, here’s an actual clip of her making the claim.
But yeah, clearly she’s spectacularly misunderstood something Bernanke said and has failed to sense check it before opening her yap about it.
