Yep. I am a man for all seasons.
So, I used up a lot of spoons today. I went out in the afternoon to get my hairs did (you may have seen my new Facebook pic), then ran a couple of errands, since I was out anyway, then I went to my chorus’ annual new officers dinner. It was wonderful to see all the gals and they all expressed how much they missed me. I got home about a half an hour ago and collapsed into bed (from whence I am posting). I will be hurting tomorrow, but it was SO worth it.

BigKitty I talked with OYKW just before bedtime last night. He had a headache. Thus he went to bed with Tylenol and I went to bed with Benadryl.

The grass needs to be cut today, not my job though.
Some bills need to be paid.
Other than that just irk.
I think I am the only one in the MMP that doesn’t have a hobby.

I’m alive and plagueful. Either I’ve got the start of the gawd-awful cold **FCD **has been carrying around for a week, or the pollen is mega-dosing me. Top that with a whopping 3 hours of sleep last night, and you just know I’m having a wonderful morning. ugh. I need a warm compress across my sinuses… <whine whine whine>
We may have sold the bike. I got an email from a dealer in PA a bit west of Philly. He’ll send a crew to pick it up, or, for a little bit more $$, we can deliver it to him. It’s about 200 miles from here. When we figure the time and the gas (the truck gets about 16MPG) and the tolls, it’s not worth the aggravation. So we told him to come get it. We shall see how it goes now.
Meanwhile, I have no idea what I’m going to do today. I managed to run the dishwasher, and I made breakfast, but I don’t think I can do anything outside - I just feel like death in a soggy burrito. Even tho it’s daytime, I’m thinking of taking a shot of Nyquil and vegging in front of TV.
I hate being sick. I’m pretty sure this isn’t just allergies - it’s too ick. dammit.

I’m multi-tasking at home this morning (conf call & folding laundry) since I am auto-less. I shall average it out later, when I have two, after getting mine back from service & acquiring a cheap rental to drive down Rt 13 to VA Beach/Norfolk. Between the relatively low price of the rental & the gas savings from a compact, why beat up my car for about $12.56?
Moooommm, iffn you think it’ll fit in the trunk, I’ll swing by on the way home, see the (not so) new kitchen countertops, & deliver it for you.
