Well, I do find that if I skip breakfast, sometimes I overeat at lunch to make up for it, so that’s probably not making me any thinner.
I just need to stop eating so much junk food and sugar and chocolate. And maybe exercise more. Though I did get a lot of exercise yesterday, walking around Ottawa.
Someone here once mentioned that some people treat themselves to more food as a “reward” if they’ve gotten more exercise. I didn’t realize until they’d pointed it out that I do that sometimes. So I should stop.
Anyway enough of my boring walls of text and back to the alto clarinet.
I had a Hitchhiker’s Guide To the Galaxy moment at work today. A lady came up to me with tub of Clorox wipes and asked if we had anything else. I showed her the wet wipes and baby wipes, then she asks if we carried anything to sanitize phones.:dubious: I wanted to say " Lady, this is Rite-Aid, not the B Ark!"
