Apparently this has been going on since 1995 according to this investigation. I always had a feeling that something like this was happening because I never won a million bucks from Mc Donalds, and I ate ALOT of Big Macs!! 
Curious to see what the punishments are going to be for this. Should be quite a laugh.

Frankly, I’m not surprised in the least… although, to be fair, it wasn’t “McDonald’s” per se. It was the marketing firm that McDonald’s hired to market the promotion.

I think it’s very funny that one of those arrested lived in Fair Play, SC.
As punishment, each of these people should have to play Monopoly (the board game) with Bill Gates and Regis Philbin for 4 hours a day until either their brains leak out of their ears, or they go crazy and kill one or both of their opponents. That way, they could give a little back to the public they cheated.
