McCain campaign "push-polling"

What caused you to stop being a reasonable poster, and turn into some kind of Rosie O’Donnell/Sandra Bernhard harpy?

Why did you assume a right to shit on the basics of human decency but somehow escape ridicule as a Coulter knock-off?

You’re boring, sweetheart. Even as an deliberate cunt, earnest viciousness and all, your schtick has gotten really stale. But hey, knock yourself out.

Reparations!!!

Obama is going to tax every hard-working white person in America and give it to lazy black people as reparations for slavery. Or something like that.

How does my thinking that push-polling is not the end of the world as we know it equate to “shitting on the basics of human decency”? Get a grip, woman.

So I guess when Bush supporters in 2000 push polled South Carolina voters into thinking that McCain’s adopted Bangladeshi daughter was actually his illegitimate child from an interracial tryst, that was just hunky dorey with you?

Oh, and in case you think I’m interested in debating the merits of this question, if you answer ‘Yes’ to the above then you really are a steaming pile of shit. It was shit when it happened to McCain, and it’s shit when his supporters do it.

Catfight!!

Nah, you’re being too honest. Your questions are actually ones that a voter should really be thinking about. Plus it’s actually true that McCain has had bouts with cancer, and there is a chance that Palin would succeed him in office. It’s true that Palin is currently under investigation.

A good push-poll has sly innuendo about a basic UN-truth.

How about:

Would you be more or less likely to vote for McCain if you knew that he had received money in a secret account from Wall Street investment firms?

or

Would you be more or less likely to vote for the Palin/McCain ticket if it was revealed that Sarah Palin had 2 secret abortions while attending college?

Now THOSE are some dirty push polls for ya!

Carol, consider the hypotheticals in post #67 and ask yourself if your reaction would be the same.

Push-polling does shit on the basics of human decency. Nobody with an ounce of integrity would either do it or excuse it. Doesn’t matter the political party nor the glittery end that’s supposed to justify vicious lies.

It’s vile, disgusting behavior and you’re a vile, disgusting little cunt, not for any political persuasion but because you glory in cuntish behavior.

It’s funny, dirtrags like you so often seem surpised when you’re not respected. “I get to be a complete shit but people still have to respect me!”

TVeblen, but you’re talking to someone doesn’t even have an eighth of a tsp of integrity. (I may not be your favorite person, to put it mildly, but I must give credit where credit is due-you are kicking some MAJOR ass lately. Rock the fuck on). Carol Stream shits on the basics of human decency on a regular basis around here.

At the very LEAST, Carol, consider that it’s annoying, and right on par with telemarketing, and serves absolutely NO purpose other than to harass and disrupt my daily life.

I’ve been wondering this, too. TVeblen is off his/her meds or something.

Also, no one has yet offered an argument beyond bald assertion that the McCain campaign is behind this.

Who else? The Amish?

Which campaign hired Karl Rove’s spiritual descendant? Oh yeah, McCain. The same maverick good ol’ boy who was so furious when he was on the receiving end of filth and lies spread about him in the last election. McCain is responsible; it’s his campaign, he set the tone and the buck stops with him. If he hadn’t already decided to ‘go negative’ out of desperation, McCain could have reclaimed some statesmanlike credibility by pointedly apologizing to McCain and condemning the tactic. Would have been great PR, in fact.

I reserve judgment that McCain’s official handlers are directly behind this specific example of push-polling. I don’t think it’s beneath them but it happened too early and was too clumsily handled. Could be some overly excited campaign workers, inspired by past antics of Rove, Atwater, etc.

It still sucks, no matter who did it or why. It’s a filthy tactic.

I’m glad there are conservatives and Republicans (not the same thing) who don’t support or poohoo assassination tactics. Interesting, if depressing, those and how many who do, though.

Damn them, the sneaky bastards.

Oh, I get it… off his meds… that means he’s crazy, right? LOL

You’re a master of wit there Rand Rover. And here I just thought your only talent was was to be a festering boil on the ass-crack of humanity.

Carry on. If you’re near an orphanage, kick one of the lazy little tax-drains for me will ya?

Psst! Her.

Would it surprise you to learn that Carol Stream has links to the McCain campaign?

And I’ve heard Shayna is going to vote for Obama! No really!

No, but I’d certainly be interested in any evidence of that nature.
