I know it was really sad watching it all I just could not believe it was happening to her again. It seems like meerkats seem to always have serious situations and dilemmas all the time. I sawthis clip on discovery channel website and man talk about troubles.
As far as there tracking collars I am positive that they would not use them if they were going to hurt them in any way. There number one reason for doing this was to learn about them and because they respected the creatures. For that reason alone I don’t see them doing anything that would hurt them.
