I realize any alliterative title has to take a few hits on clarity. And I applaud the OP’s work making something catchy that does an honest intro to his actual topic.
But my guess of the topic before opening the thread had to do with some new fad amongst the MAGA cultists for micropenis. As in flaunt it if they’ve got it, and get corrective surgery (or at least pretend to) if they don’t.
