I am not aware of any rule against cats or dogs posting, but remember that they must be at least 13 years old. For example, my cat Buddy (NSFW) could make more intelligent posts than Punintentional, but he does not post because he is only two and a half years old.
Seconded. Why didn’t he pit this in 2002? If he wasn’t around in 2002 why does he even know about it or if he stumbled across it shrug it off as “crazy 2002 posts”?
