Since I ditched all my credit cards, my wallet is about 11/16 of an inch thick.
I don’t know the metric conversion for that.
Then again, I don’t care what the metric conversion for that is.

My wife bought me a new one at the Puyallup Fair this past week. I got rid of a bunch of crap I carried in my old wallet so the new one is a bit thinner. The new one is about 3/4 of an inch thick, my old one was at least twice at thick.
Guys, if your wallet is thick because of money to spend on your woman, I cannot imagine why she would have any complaints. Belrix, perhaps your wife wants your wallet to be a bit thinner once you take some money out to buy her a gift…
I suppose I ought to contribute and acknowledge that mine is also about 3/4 of an inch thick, and would be much thinner if I got rid of a lot of the crap that’s making it so thick. Now, if only I had USEFUL stuff to make it thick, I’d be a much happier human being…

My wallet is about 1 and 1/2" right now…I am very broke.
My wife gave me a bifold wallet that I then took to a leather worker to cut in half and sew up- sorta like the one VanLandry describes. I just keep a few cards and stuff in it. 1/4 inch think max. I hate large wallets, and I live in pick-pocket central, so I try to keep it inconspicuous.

I carry a handmade wallet from TDCJ (prison) it’s at least 9" long and nearly 2" thick. That varies a little depending on how long it’s been since it was last emptied.
I don’t use a chain on my wallet, although I know some do. I prefer my wallet snugly fit into a tight pocket. It’s a little uncomfortable at times and hard to get out but I really like my oversized wallet and have received several compliments on it.
Is that so? I thought most people had photos of kids and grandkids and stuff there. Well that’s what I get for not having any guy friends.
