1990 is one more dollar than 1989. You assumed they are talking about the year in circulation.
The answer is “one word”.

This one isn’t correct. I can see what they want, but actually any jumble of letters works. It didn’t say it had to be a word before you made it up.

I think this is the answer they want. Though in the spirit of pedantry, I would be tempted to write “it depends if you measure from sea level or the centre of the earth.”
I won’t complain about the type of question - that deserves its own thread
