Well the reviews are in and it looks like the PS3 finally got it’s killer app. http://ps3.ign.com/articles/881/881472p1.html

This is the game I’ve been waiting for and my family SHOULD be getting it for me for fathers day. Hopefully I can play it without being bothered over and over because I know the cutscenes are copious.

Anyone actually playing this yet? Any spoiler free thoughts?

I’m not sure it matters how good it is. Raiden is in it. Therefore, the game sucks.

(On a semi-related note, I once read a very interesting deconstruction of MGS 2 here, take the analysis with a large grain of salt.
