A greased naked woman on all fours with a dog collar around her neck, and a leash, and a man’s arm extended out up to here, holding onto the leash, and pushing a black glove in her face to sniff it.
After they finish that part, though, it sounds like they sing “Liverpool, Liverpool” a few times, but it is incomprehensible enough at the end that I am not 100% sure that is what they say at the very end.
The ping in Echoes is a very interesting case. In 1970 Roger Waters time-traveled to 2016 and saw the Matt Damon movie “The Martian”, which uses a “ping” sound when each Martian “Sol” passes. He was so taken with the sound effect that he decided to use it in the beginning of Echoes when he got back to 1970.
Looks like an elephant. The particular photo is ill-exposed and laid under a second exposure of what appears to be drops on the surface of water in a tank.
