They seem determined, from all appearances, to keep their personal lives private.
Apropos of nothing in particular, does anyone know their current status? All I can find online is that they were married in 1983, moved to Nashville in the 90s, and weathered Amy’s winning battle with cancer in 2009.
And that they have two grown sons.
So, yeah, they’ve been keeping themselves to themselves as far as celebrity-dom goes (which, considering that Michael is still actively touring, is kind of a remarkable achievement). Any Dopers in the Nashville area run across sightings of them now and then, and have any idea what’s up there?
