He had shaved, gotten a haircut, and was wearing a suit & tie.
If he had dyed his hair black, he would have looked exactly like Peter Griffin.
Jay told him he looked like Dennis Hastert. Talk about kicking a man when he’s down… 
I was flipping between that and Monday Night Football, so I mentally connected Moore and John Madden.
Peter Griffin has brown hair.

It wasn’t quite accurate anyway…Mickey would have to lose 100 pounds to look like Hastert.
He even made every patriotic person feel a little guilty, by reading one of the letters sent to him from a soldier in Iraq. It was kind of a pathetic moment, but still had some relevance I guess.
