Michigan AG announces charges against fake electors

Gotcha. A couple people and some paperwork to take down democracy.

An interesting development regarding the electors. Possible fraud/stolen identity(?).

That’s interesting re fake elector Michele Lundgren. I’m not finding the story outside of that video, though (I’m getting a lot hits for actor Dolph Lundgren marrying his 27 y/o personal trainer, ha).

Anyways, the gist is fake elector Lundgren, an old lady, said she was told to go to the HQ and to sign in. She did. She was told NOT to take any pictures. But she did. She has released those pictures that prove stuff. She was not aware that she signed the certificate - just a sign in sheet. Basically, she was duped.

Here’s what was sent to the archives. In her defense, the signature parts (pg 3 and 7) is basically a standalone page with a bunch of names and signatures - there is some “official” language at the top, but it doesn’t give any detail of the document. So easy to attach that page to the rest of the document and not have the signers know what they were signing.

On the flip side, that can also be by design for exactly this “I didn’t see the rest of the document” argument. I checked a few other States…guess what…exactly the same signature pages on their fake certificates (all standalone signature pages). Also, not similar to the real certificate which does have language re: what is being signed on the signature page.

However, the fake Michigan document is signed by everyone twice. I’m no expert, but the signatures don’t appear to be an exact copy. If you flip from page 3 to 7 you notice differences in the signatures/they move around. It’s possible that’s due to formatting to PDF, etc, but it looks like they just signed two different pages - they have the originals at the archives so we can know for sure. Not sure why you would need to sign in twice or if that is ever explained by her.

Here’s the interview Beau mentioned.

Perfect. So Beau represented everything very well. Beau was actually somewhat sympathetic, but maybe that’s his nature.

In the news story, it doesn’t show her photos that she sent to the news reporter and said she signed “an index card” - I’m expecting to see a photo of an index card at some point. That’s all she claims to have signed. Right?

After that, she says they then lifted her signature from the index card and placed it on the fake certificate and sent that to the archives. So not what I was describing above really - she’s claiming she never signed any page of the document at all - the only thing she signed was an “index card”. Probably impossible to take that signature and put that onto another original document that requires the “wet” signatures unless I’m just missing something very obvious.

It doesn’t make sense to me at this point unless it happened the way I described it (she signed the page sent to the archives). Maybe I’m getting hung up on index card…just need to wait and see if that’s the signature page or something completely different.

Not sure why I just went down this rabbit hole. I will say, she did authenticate and provide a chain of custody for the document. She’ll make a good witness for the prosecution who has to prove the document they signed was the one sent to the archives - she talks about how it went from HQ to attorney to Capitol, and I think references the video as proof.

Was she one of the fake electors that showed up, papers in hand to present the paperwork. If not, then her story may have merit. If so, for what purpose did she say she was there?

Didn’t all of them have to show up at the state house to make it appear legit? If one or two didn’t show, what were they going to do when they gained entry? Has anyone identified the people who showed up from the tape? Did they make statements stating they were there? Angry statements about how they were denied lawful entry due to a supposed fix?

The only video I saw had one Republican legislator doing all the talking, everyone in the back just stood around waiting.

I’m not sure how much that video (or others) is going to demonstrate intent of the signers.

The point is that if they were all there, when the Republican legislator started demanding that the group be let in because they were the duly authorized electors not a one of them spoke up and said “Uh, no? I don’t know what I am doing here because I am not anything of the sort!” Where are the confused faces of people that realized they were conned? Where were the reports from them to officials and/or the media about this?

Yes. See here: from 3m 5s

Their lawyer says that they are here as electors to vote for Trump.
Lundgren: Nod nod nod.

She knew what she was doing.

Sounds to me like this lady is trying to cover herself by lying her ass off. We will see…

Damn it-I really like her husband’s cover illustration work, and was hoping she was just an ignorant dupe (strange thing to say when you are trying to support someone, ain’t it?)

Ignorance can be remediated; evil, not so much.

Mike Lindell has a telethon for the fake electors.

He showed up to comment in the page I posted earlier (last comment there) and called the mainstream media “the commie news”.

I guess they were counting on the Dem electors from those states just saying, “Gosh, I coulda swore we won!”

Who could possibly be stupid enough to loan this crazy asshole money?

Musk?

Huh. That sounds pretty incriminating to me

Jack? Fani? You got this??

Unindicted co-conspirators in MI fake elector case include Trump, Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Jenna Ellis, according to a state investigator:

Say. Aren’t these people also implicated in the GA RICO case? Huh. How 'bout that.
