∘ 1 pound, 14 ounces when she was born in April — less than 2 pounds!
∘ 146 days in the NICU
∘ 11½ pounds today, now at home

Amazing. What a blessing, such a gift.

Quite a smile!

Trinity is a cutie. I’ll bet everyone you know is enthralled for sure.

Congrats! Absolutely gorgeous!

To be clear, I do not know the family. I merely stumbled upon the story, and it was uplifting and I wanted to share it.

My cousin was 1.5 lbs at birth. Multiple surgeries. Nobody knew if he was going to live or die.

Didn’t take long for him to become a tall, hyperactive kid.

He is now in his 20s, but he is having serious vision problems because his parents didn’t get his eyes checked regularly. By serious I mean potential blindness.

I congratulate these parents but i hope they are aware of the lifetime health issues associated with very very premature births.

It’s incredible what medical science can do though, isn’t it?

It sure is.

1.5 lbs, wow!

Truly incredible.

Truly WOW!!
