Microsoft learning terminology translation help

I’m in a project, where I need to translate Microsoft lingo, and would appreciate if somebody familiar with IT/Microsoft jargon could clarify the following terms, common in course titles etc, especially what distinguishes them from each other:
[ul]
[li]Managing[/li][li]Maintaining[/li][li]Administering[/li][/ul]
As in: “Managing and Maintaining Windows Server 2008”; “Administering Windows Vista”, and so forth.

I’m an IT Pro myself, obviously know some English, and so have no problem comprehending these texts, but when translating you need a different kind of understanding.

I thought I could help because I’ve got a Microsoft Manual of Style here, but alas, it doesn’t cover those words or their distinctions.
