Microsoft Word 97 Help

I need to combine four documents (book proposal + 3 chapters of a book) into one big document. Copying and pasting a whole chapter at once does horrible things to the formatting; copying and pasting the chapter 1 paragraph at a time would take forever.

What’s an up-and-coming writer to do? Is there an easy way to do this that I’m overlooking? Thanks.

Try opening one doc and inserting the other docs using the “insert file” command.

Try “insert --> file”.
