Just popping in to agree with this.
Saying “Walz doesn’t look like someone who cooks hotdish” is weird, because it suggests there is a “look” for someone like that (and also because it’s about as basic a recipe you can get).
Doubling down and grossly inflating right-wing claims about Walz’s “elaboration” just to defend that weird opinion is what dragged it into pitworthy territory.
In general I don’t think poorly of Becks but this whole thing started out as mildly stupid and escalated entirely due to her intransigence.

I’m going out on a limb here and I’m pittting the pitting of Beck. Yes, the board was getting flooded with “bad, bad, bad” threads, but you know what? I miss her. She’s funny and interesting and has a lot of stories that I loved reading. Does she post too much? Is she lonely? So what. I want her back and I wish her well.
