Minority Report ripped-off scenes (spoilers)

Looking at the recent pic Minority Report, I’ve noticed some scenes which were reminicent of other movies.

The eye extraction collar looks like it came right out of A Clockwork Orange.

The compressed air shotgun is cocked/loaded like Arnie did in T2.

Retina scans with a popped-out eyeball…straight from Demolition Man.

Any others?

The scene where Max Van Sydow plugged Colin Farrell was VERY similar to the scene in “L.A. Confidential” where James Cromwell killed Kevin Spacey.
