Of course you aren’t going to want the extra 6 packages if you don’t like the first one. So checking your local Asian grocery is still probably the best place to start.
Definitely invest in a julienne peeler if you don’t have one. I love having the zucchini or squash peeled into noodles. They have more flavor than any high carb noodles.
When I have the Dreamfield’s I try to only use about half a serving just in case. It’s sufficient when I get big hunks o’ meat in the sauce.
I have one of those mandolin-style veggie slicers up on a shelf somewhere. I wonder if it has a julienne attachment. How long do you cook julienned squash, and what variety do you use?
