No, Airplane! was a remake of Zero Hour! - lifting significant portions of the dialogue directly from the original movie. Zero Hour! doesn’t involve nuclear war in any way, nor does Airplane!, and Doctor Strangelove doesn’t involve food poisoning on a passenger plane.
Doctor Strangelove is a loose adaptation of Red Alert (which is very similar to the novel Fail-Safe, which also got a movie in 1964).
Nothing is based directly on Doctor Strangelove.
