Tuba Dive , (or any other mods) what is going on? These boards are gobbling posts and cocking up other parameters as well. Any reason for this?

Not sure what happened to your post.
Haven’t had this particular problem in a while, in fact I can’t even remember the last time it’s happened.
I also note this morning the system is slow and wonky, so we may be in need of a reset at the least.
I’ll notify Jerry the Tech God. This does not necessarily mean we will know right away what’s going on – and I’m afraid your post is lost in the ether, sorry to say.
BTW, if you serve gravlax at a barbecue, does that come with longneck aquavit? Just asking.
