It had to do with “what’s wrong with the SDMB”? I’m sure I overlooked or missed something but I can’t seem to find it.

I guess he answered his own question. 
It is indeed too bad. However, it’s what happens when people try to sneak in under different names: we erase their posts. Yes, it’s inconvenient for others, but we hope it acts as a deterrent to the jerks, knowing that whatever they do will vanish with them.
