Nicely chilled, twist of lemon, water back. MHO is that you have to sip it, gently, slowly, let your mouth feel it, you brain sense it. This is not a beer or a soda that you down heedlessly, this is an experience mmmmmmmmm vodka…
If ya havta mask it well, less really is more. Maybe one part cranberry juice, one part water.
Full disclosure: I’ve never actually made one. I don’t usually do mixed drinks (I’m a beer and straight whiskey kind of guy), but I’ve had them in bars. They’re deliciously tart and refreshing.
I got that recipe from a website. Looking around a bit though, I see that other sites call for different ratios. I think the 1 tsp. of lime juice refers to concentrated lime juice. Other sites say use 1 ounce (2:1:1). Other sites say equal parts of each. I guess some experimentation is called for.
Now, now this is good vodka according to the OP. Khadaji what didn’t you like about having the Vodka straight?
If it was lack of flavour, try mixing vodka at 8 parts vodka to 1 part any sweet liquor that you like the taste of. Or try making a Vodka Martini if you like really dry drinks.
If it was too strong, mix with Tonic if you like Tonic, or make Vodka Margaritas (Vodka, Triple Sec, and Lime juice) or (Vodka, Triple Sec, and Lemon Juice)
I don’t know any other mixes that take advantage of this being good vodka.
