It was an horrific attack on an unconscious man. There were over 20 blows. There’s speculation attempted murder or assualt charges will be filed on MMA Fighter Raja Jackson.
It gets worse. Raja was being filmed and live streamed by a camera crew. He’s making comments about beating this guy until he’s pulled off. Raja own statements prior to the attack could be a factor in any criminal charges.
The wrestler had mistakenly hit Raja with a wrestling punch/soda can as a promo. He asks him are you gonna sell that? Then apologizes when he realizes the Raja wasn’t a wrestler and aware of a story angle.
Raja was told he could get a receipt in the ring. That is standard in pro wrestling when someone slips and accidentally hits the other wrestler for real. A receipt is one hard punch. It’s not a beat down.
Question, a beat down like this would violate MMA rules in a fight?
Stuart Smith is a Veteran suffering from PTSD. He became a wrestler as a way to deal with his military experiences.

As usual, youtube is censoring violence and taking down videos of the incident. Reddit may be the most reliable source.
