In addition to the two counts of forcible rape, Jackson was charged with kidnapping to commit another crime, first-degree residential burglary, assault with a firearm, dissuading a witness by force or threat, and criminal threats. At his initial arraignment, three additional charges – all felonies – were levied against Jackson, which included two counts of sexual assault and one count of sex crimes (aggravated circumstances).
Let me start by saying that I am a HUGE fan of MMA. Ive been following the sport since its infancy, I have watched the many changes that have happened over the years to get it to the “Sport” that it is today. (And yes it IS finally recognized as a sport - thank goodness) Im even fortunate enough to provide commentary for a couple of MMA orgs here where I live.
With this in mind, I have seen the struggles that MMA has had to endure to become a recognized sport as opposed to “Human Cockfighting” or “Streetfighters and Thugs”. We are starting to see it in our living rooms not only on PPV but also on network television. MMA is becoming mainstream, and with this comes a responsibility to the sport and more importantly - the fans.
People like Jeremy Jackson make me want to fucking puke. He has been a veteran of this sport for many years, and he has seen first hand the struggles that this sport (and the athletes) have had to endure. I disgusts me to know that this loser has such poor impulse control that he blew the opportunity of a lifetime just to get a piece of ass (that he just met no less) - See TUF season 4 And then resorts to one of the lowest of low - rape.
Granted he may have been on this same path regardless of whether he was a professional athlete or not, but goddamnit! Its shit like this that reaffirms the views of our (possible) future leaders like John McCain, and the uneducated viewer as well. I think that being a professional athlete carries certain responsibilities and especially now that MMA is in the mainstream its even more important.
I know that crap like this is happening all of the time, but it hits a bit closer to home with me in seeing that this cocksucker is affiliated with the very sport that I am a part of as well.
F U JJ - I hope you get cornholed over and over again in jail.
Some things can be ‘accepted’ more readily, but rape isnt one of them…

Im sorry, I should have clarified that in my original post.
MMA is Mixed Martial Arts. You may be familiar with the UFC as they are pretty much the organization that brought it into the spotlight and have been a major factor into making the sport into what it is today.
You may have heard of things like Strikeforce (On CBS) WEC (On VS) HDNet Fights and the list goes on and on.
Bottom line is, MMA is becoming an internationally recognized sport and gaining popularity at a ridiculous rate. But at the same time we still have people (who IMO) dont fully understand the sport and still label it as brutal and just another bloodsport.
Pathetic phucks like Jeremy Jackson just tarnish the image of it that much more.

Is that the alleged “sport” where they put two gorillas in a cage and watch them beat the shit out of each other for the audience’s perverse amusement? And people actually expect those involved with such an activity to conform to the norms of modern society?
I seriously doubt that he’s going to get “cornholed” in jail. Of all the potential rape victims that they could pick, I don’t think they’re going to pick the UFC fighter. Someone looking to make a name for himself in the prison might try to kill the guy, though.
I’ve noticed that people will go quite out their way to post in sports threads just to boast that they have no idea what other people are talking about.
