Agree. To me it was the best. Second fav was the one with greens and blues on a background of very light pastels that almost look white; it’s the one just above the pixilated flowers. And like Beckdawreck I liked the pixilated flowers; I kept backing up from the screen to see it non-pixilated.

One of my late first wife’s musician friends back in St. Louis was married to a quilter. The entire 2000sf basement was a quilting equipment / work room, a quilt materials storage room, and a completed quilt storage room. The latter as in floor-to-ceiling corner-to-corner cubby-shelves ~24" x 4" x plenty deep filled with neatly folded finished quilts showing their patterns. The upstairs living floors of the house were effectively wall-papered in quilts. They were each beautiful, but the total effect was overwhelming and not really in a good way. She had it baaa-aaad.
Reminds me of a comic I saw taped to the cash register at a knitting store my late wife used to frequent. It showed a couple at dinner at a white-tablecloth restaurant. The woman has a plate of spaghetti in front of her. And is holding her fork and spoon backwards with the handle ends to the food. Busily knitting up a granny square made of noodles. The caption: “Why no, I don’t have a knitting problem. Why do you ask?”
Thank you for sharing these, they’re beautiful. There is some serious talent there, I’ve seen your work too and I think your quilt will look quite at home amongst these gorgeous pieces.
