There are no real rules per-se here other than the ones the mods make-up – and then mostly bandwagon over how right the (no mater how absurd) modding was. Other than that, it’s a great board.

I’m not that concerned about this. I posted about it two years ago and haven’t raised the issue since. Somebody else raised the same issue and brought me into the conversation. You’re the one claiming two threads in two years is a continuing argument.
I’ve seen topics that have been raised over a dozen times without any moderators suggesting the topic is being overdone.
Those generally have more than one or two people who are in favor of the issue involved. In this case, virtually nobody agrees with you. In the original thread everyone or almost everyone who expressed an opinion said the policy wasn’t confusing, and didn’t need to be changed. Even Anonymous User says he easily understands the existing system.
But if you really want to continue muttering to yourself about it, go right ahead.
