Again, being strictly logical, this is a fallacy, as detailed in my previous post. The truth value of that map is completely independent of the bias of the people who made it, from a logical viewpoint.

And yet again, as you are avoiding, the truth value of the map was unknown because the only source for it lacked credibility.
Your claims about “formal logical argument” are nonsense. Whether or not an argument has premises that are invalid is very much a part of formal logic, and attempting to handwave questions as to whether or not we had any basis for determining if they were valid or invalid is not in accord with formal logic, it’s in contradiction with it.

What verification you have for your wikipedia map is currently unclear. Why you’re citing the Samidoun Media Team as objective fact is even less clear. Especially since they refer to Israel proper as “occupied Palestine”.

You know full well that the issue was one of verification because their mere say-so was not sufficient proof of any claims. And I elaborated on that at great length.

Already shown: that picture is uncited, unsourced and gets its claims from a blog site that did not cite or source its claims either but simply copied down alleged news headlines from two stations and “other news services”. The group that produced the map is a highly unreliable source as they identify all of Israel as “occupied Palestine”.

No, again this is very, very basic logic. You provided a map, based on uncited and uncourced reports. The claims it makes have to be proven, not disproved.

if someone makes a claim, asking what their proof is is not an ad hom fallacy. If someone lacks credibility and the only source for a claim is their say-so, saying that you don’t have a credible witness is not an ad hom fallacy.

And please clear up your ignorance on what the fallacy of shifting the burden of proof is, as well.
“I have drawings on a map created by a group that lacks credibility and which are based on uncited, unsourced claims that haven’t been verified. Now provide news reports of bombs not hitting those locations, or I’m right!” is, actually, a textbook example.

Including a gem where you said that I had no proof that the people who I was saying created the map actually did so… when it said right on the map that they had created it.

This is indicative of the kind of argument you’re using. Why are you advancing such obviously false arguments as this? Seriously, why?

The picture you have given has the creator’s name written on it, and yet you claim there’s no proof that the people who say they created it, created it. And regardless of who created it (and remember, it’s your fiction that they’re associated with terrorists, please don’t confuse your fictions with the facts of what I’ve said), they show that they have no credibility on the issue as they refer to Israel proper as “occupied Palestine”. But they drew some circles on a map, so we need to go to the master index of Places Bombs Didn’t Fall to debunk their well substantiated drawings.

And where, by the way, did the Samidoun media team get their data from? Why, the uncited and unsourced lebanupdates blogspot page which doesn’t cite individual claims but merely says that entire batches come from "Tayyar, New TV and other news sources ". How could we possibly question the ruthless accuracy of the renowned “other news sources”?

I’d point out that it’s also a site that again shows its credibility is at issue as they call the defensive war against Hezbollah " the aggression against lebanon".

To say nothing about taking uncited, unsourced claims at face value when we know for a fact that there was a massive amount of disinformation and fauxtography coming out of numerous media outlets during the war.
Come on.
