I once got an email from Little Ed, who said that Cecil was very pleased with my latest banning and taunting title (I used to give people I banned funny titles, but then I was told to stop, or else everyone would want one). But not an email from Cecil himself.
Sometimes, in this life, we have to take what we can get and be happy about it.
Since I handle his mail, and have the title of his “Right Hand”, I probably have more contact with Cecil than any of the other mods. But Ed is still my primary contact.

Well, heck, I get 200 emails in my work account.
Like anything else, most of the emails you scan the topic and can ignore, like the IPs that get banned. And in a lot of cases it’s just replies to the same topic so you can open up one email and get the entire story from 15 other emails.
