Well of course. There’s no global groundswell due to a whistle blower, it’s all bullshit. But there are enough people refusing to have their children vaccinated that we’re seeing a resurgence of things like measles and pertussis.
The offending agent here is thimerosal, which the CDC claims has been removed from vaccines in 2001. The autism rate hasn’t changed since then.
I don’t see the 5% inconsistencies required for proper scientific crackpotism. With all the money spent to brain-wash the children into obedient little tax-paying slaves in our public schools, why would we be trying to kill them too? Besides, the mercury ruins the RFID transmitters we inject into the little darlings.

I believe it is both very unsatisfying and people incorrectly think they are to blame when they are told autism is due to various genetic/epigenetic/enviromental conditions. Who wants to face the fact due to unknown factors which trace back to them(even if they are not culpable) their children have autism.
Much safer psychologically and more satisfying to imagine an evil international conspiracy that hurt your babies.
