I’ve made a huge appointment to watch! Didn’t know about the “one hour” part before I saw the ad this evening. A nice treat.
A full hour?? On the one hand, YAY! On the other hand, hmm. Looks like they’re looking to dump the new episodes as quickly as possible. The end is near, ladies and gentlemen.

Meanwhile, Fox is bringing back Stacked, starring Pamela Anderson, which was a mediocre sitcom at best.
It’s a CRIME that The War At Home is still on, while Kitchen Confidential is off the schedule (and most likely canceled) and Arrested Development wavers on the chopping block.
Look, the reality is that Fox has been incredibly supportive of Arrested Development. I never expected it to have a second season, let alone a third, and Fox is willing to stick it out even with low ratings (the only reason it got to a second season was that Fox figured that they couldn’t come up with anything better rated, and they might as well get the critical praise).
You can’t blame Fox; most other networks would have cancelled the show before January of the first season.
Public Service Announcement for those with DVRs:
I squealed like a little girl when I saw the promo last night, and I went to my “To Do” list to make certain that my Season Pass was still going to pick this up. Yup.
Then I looked at the details of the actual recording it is going to do tonight. Duration: 30 min.
I fixed this by clicking “options” and telling it to start five minutes before the scheduled start time and end thirty minutes after the scheduled end time.
I don’t know for certain if this will be useful for anyone else. But it can’t hurt.
