Looks like FOX was intimidated by my Hands Off Our Show [HOOS] campaign. 
FWIW, Kristin at E! Online says that AD was going to be renewed for not one, but two full seasons, “to keep the licensing fee down” (WTF? The licensing fee is high for a show that has been limping along ratings-wise since the beginning?). That plan has since been changed to one season, but it will be renewed.
The network “up-fronts”, where they reveal their fall schedules to advertisers and the media, are this week. Fox’s turn is on Thursday, so that’s when we’ll get official word.

Thank Og. It’s the new Seinfeld. It’ll be a money maker if they hold onto it long enough.
That being said, I can’t blame them for dumping it. They couldn’t have possibly positioned it in a better time slot. If it doesn’t get viewers there, then it’s never going to get any. That’s not a time slot to waste on a money pit.
But I’m glad they have faith that viewers will come to love the quirky and sometimes obscene style, which is probably offputting or at least confusing to Middle America.

Yay! This is plucking great! For once, the show I’ve been recommending to everyone won’t be cancelled before they can catch it on TV (see: Undeclared, Freaks and Geeks).

Indeed! I hoped and I prayed this spring, but I had all but reconciled myself to the sad truth of FOX tossing another great show down the tubes. When suddenly! A light! A light of AWESOMENESS! WOO-HOO!
EXCELLENT! And for the full season! No 13 episode committment!
I believed they would, but I wasn’t sure.
