I feel the point of the OP was an effort to get the “Ask the Mormon” thread back to a Q&A, rather than a battlefield.
Was the point of the OP an effort to bring the level of discussion in the “Ask the Mormon” thread friendly, or more informative? If so, I support that goal and feel that having Monty asked to show a little more respect would get us there quickly.
His tone creeps me out - but that’s subjective. Addressing the OP, Monty often doesn’t seem to have read posts. It’s like the old Woody Allen joke: “Did you hear what he said, ‘not did you eat, Jew eat!’ he’s antisemitic!” Monty seems to cull through posts looking for one thing he can pretend to be offended by, and goes off.
Prove what you just said, j.c. This time, try using factss and logic.
