'Mooning' is a constitutional right??

(“The Age” Saturday Nov 30th 2002.)

The guy’s defence supposedly rests on the principle that mooning authority figures is a ‘mild’ act of protesting, and is thus a…“legitimate and legal means of expression”. (ibid)

Well, if nothing else, it’s at least a novel way to try to get the charges dropped. Gotta give the lawyer 10 points for creativity.

(Where’s the bum smilie when you need it!!)

If nothing else, bearing th’ ol’ posterior seems to be internationally accepted as a means of saying you’re … somewhat annoyed.

I love what this guy in Florida did, tho’.

Heh. Th’ number of times I see the bear/bare error, and here I do it meself. Sheesh! :smack:

Musta got excited by th’ moon …

Mooning is OK, court told

I love the Constable’s statement :

Brilliant

I can’t wait to find out the verdict

Yeah, he got a ‘fairly clear view’…of what the guy had for breakfast I assume.

[For Vic ressies/maybe other interested parties perhaps??] I’m bored already (which is why I am checking the boards here)…it’s only 1 hour and 5 minutes past the closing of the polling booths here in VIC and it seems like Labor have won with a resounding majority AND perhaps one in the Upper House as well.

Why aren’t there any cliff hangers like back in the good old days??

Oh god. I hope my Uncle Craig doesn’t find out about this…

Here in the States, you can also Moon Amtrak!
