There is a Booger Holler Roadin northwest GA and a Ho Hum Hollow Rd in the north central part of the state.

There are at least two Buck Snorts in Arkansas. One is in Craighead County and the other is in Dallas County.
The town of Weed, California is the butt of jokes for obvious reasons, although it was in fact named after a person.
A lot of small towns in California tend to have fairly “colorful” names, particularly ones founded during the Gold Rush era, albeit perhaps not funny ones in the same sense as the OP. Just in my area I can think of Cool, Rescue, and Fair Play.
Years ago there was a billboard on Rt 30 near Mansfield, Ohio with a huge 3-D nose on it. Lord knows what it was advertising. Anyway, someone climbed up there and hung a large beige, partially filled, garbage bag from one nostril. I hung down like dripping snot. It was freakin awesome. Many years after that I was driving by a salvage yard in the area and there was the nose!

Romance Arkansas is a real town.
I went by the Post Office and mailed a Valentine to my wife. They used a special postmark for the holiday.
My choir director in high school came from Bald Knob, Arkansas. His strategy was to heavily imply the obvious joke in a way that made it lame to actually spell it out.
I live straddling 2 counties. Ouachita co.(pronounced wash it all). I call it Oh-shitty. And Nevada co., I’ve been told we pronounced it incorrectly. The middle syllable is A as in Abe. Then there’s Calhoun co. down the road. Locally known as Hog-skin county.
My favorite name of a town is Blue-eye, Ar across the border from Blue-eye, Mo.
Goobertown, Arkansas.
And here I thought Dickshooter in Owyhee county was an unfortunate name.

There are two towns in Scotland, one in Shetland, one in Orkney.
Both towns are named Twatt.
Neither town has ever been represented in the House of Lords. This is a grave injustice.
