BTW, the hoaxer, Mr. Wallace, said that he was not the one in the suit. I don’t recall now–and don’t feel like looking it up–whether he said he knew who was in it.
However. . .
This does give some credibility to Roger Patterson, who to his dying day said that the video was authentic; i.e, Patterson had not “set it up.” It looks as though he was just an innocent victim of the hoaxer, and might well have known nothing about the “set up.”
I think bigfoot sightings will continue. That’s not to say that Bigfoot is an actual being, I just think that hoaxer’s will continue to hoax, and that Gorilla’s will continue to be mistaken for Bigfoots. Bigfoots? Or Bigfeet?
