A worker at a lion park gets mob-hugged by lion cubs on his last day. Made me smile so I thought it might make you smile too!
Very cute. We had a border collie that would hug us. I miss that dog.
That’s pretty damn cute.
I once got hugged by an ocelot. We were visiting a sanctuary kind of place where the woman was raising them, and got to participate in “enrichment day” where we fed them and played with them. Inside one of the enclosures was a big tree with a ladder/stair thing leaning against it. The ocelot was in the tree, and I sat down on the ladder/steps. She came down and put her paws around my neck and nuzzled my head. It was kind of scary (she was big, and ocelots don’t purr–they make a very scary growly sound when they’re happy) but so cool. She was very gentle. I still miss her. The lady who ran the sanctuary got in trouble for illegally selling ocelots, so I’m not sure it’s even operational anymore.
That was too much.
Awwww…
I got flea’d by a monkey once. I was in a zoo where the monkeys roamed free; visitors could not go beyond the path but the monkeys could, if they wanted. It was very near closing time, it was quiet, and I sat down on the ground and made kissing noises to an ape. I read somewhere that that is the universal money language for: “flea me, I’m nice and will flea you!”
One monkey the size of a large cat jumped on my shoulder, on my head and started to pick through my hair. She had surprisingly small, powerfull, hard fingers.
AWWWWWWWWWWWWW indeed! Gives a whole new meaning to lap cat, doesn’t it?
Yes, but the question is, did you keep your word and flea her too?
