That’s me! That’s me!
YUCK!!!
I can’t believe this was the fourth entry. I was going to post it and expect nobody to recognize it. (Early 60’s TV cartoon for me.)

There’s no comparison between Wendy/Marvin and The Wonder Twins. Wendy and Marvin must have stumbled on to the Bat Cave’s location or something. The Wonder Twins had superpowers and could contribute something to the Justice League. I had no problem with them.
Why was that little prick always sleeping when he was needed?
I nominate Schleprock
From the Pebbles & Bamm-Bamm show. His gloomy disposition wasn’t funny and was a real downer to watch. I was about 10 when he first appeared and found him irritating. But Bamm-Bamm had to drag him along all the time.
No, Gazoo wasn’t a sidekick he was the Magical Plot Device. Similar to Q, The Impossible Man or Mr. Mxyzptlk.
You may have won your own thread with that one. Anytime I realized Scrappy was on an episode I changed the channel. Annoying little asshole!
Did you know that there is a fan-made final episode that wraps up the series? It’s called Requiem
Yes, I have a transcript, and think things would have been very interesting if it had been produced and the series continued. D&D the series though was already, struggling with Parent groups during the 80s, one of the heights of the stupid “Satanic Panic”.
But not to step away from the theme again, I would happily burn all the artifacts to have a roaring Unicorn Steak BBQ and Grilling session if it meant I never heard that bleat one more time.
Not Snarf snarf?
I know what that is, but I never watched that shit so I have no opinion.
Snarf is in the OP.
Was he a guy with a perpetual rain cloud overhead? Did he by any chance say, “oh, wowsie wow”?
Lil’ Abner had one of those.
I was only able to watch the first episode of Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot (1999) which took conceptual inspiration from Gigantor (a.k.a. Tetsujin-28) and Astro Boy. I had enjoyed Geof Darrow’s comic book, but only perused the oversize version which omitted all the dialogue. As such, I was not prepared for how intolerably obnoxious Rusty was in the cartoon. He absolutely, single-handedly ruined every frame in which he appeared and made what should have been a great show unwatchable. I suppose it’s possible he got less bad in later episodes, but I tend to doubt it.
Sideshow Mel never had anything going for him.
I remember it as “wousie wousie woo woo,” but I probably haven’t seen Pebbles and Bam-Bam in half a century.
Feel free to chastise me, but I always felt a sneaking sympathy for Snarf. I had a younger brother, and while Snarf was very annoying, being responsible for a literal man-child who on a whim could drop kick you across the state line in a tantrum would have been a thankless task at best. Even leaving out the scenario he was in from being a nurse/friend to a child royal of a Planet-State to being a refugee on a distant hostile planet. He has it rough.
Didn’t Bozo the Clown have an aggravating little friend/kid/former gardener as a sidekick.
I have very vague memory of the actual cartoon.

Yes. That’s the guy!
Believe or not Marvin is actually Bruce Wayne’s nephew. That’s right, there was a period of time when Batman had a brother.
I nominate Cringer from He-Man. He’s got to be the biggest whiner ever.
Jimmy Olsen was good for transforming into Giant Turtles, but nothing else.
