The line, as I once copied it as my sig from the video, is

Now, it’s possible I’m mis-quoting, but I paused the tape to write it down so I think it unlikely.

I believe the line “Come with me to the Casbah!” (spoken in a thick french accent by an oily male lead) was attributed to Charles Boyer’s character in the movie “Algiers”, but in reality he never spoke this line in this, or any other movie. Still, it was frequently used by impressionists and cartoon characters as a way of imitating Boyer’s suave french lover characters.

I always thought it was Pepe le Pew that said that.
