While creating this thread I’m just about to go over 1300 meters of mouse scroll or 0.8 miles. I’ve left-clicked 1057 times! And most impressively I’ve hit almost 21,000 keys. All that in a little over one day. Sheesh it’s a wonder I can type at all!
Modometer
Well there I went, 0.8020 miles while getting that link. Amazing.
Oh, and you supposedly get prizes for making trips. Little add-ons for your meter. Some of them are quite long. 100 miles for the first trip. The second is 25 and I guess you can skip but I’ll press on. I should reach is by the end of summer. Especially if I play more webgames. Off to “Paint by number” I go!
Is this one of those things that phones home with your net info for spam lists?
I have ZoneAlarm and it hasn’t saked to phone out yet.
I read about it in Scientific American and since it was used by one of their writers used it for quite sometime and had no complaints I thought I’d try it out. It’s a little shareware program designed to help you compute your mouse and keyboard usage. He used it to track the efficiency of his voice command software.
Actually it seems to be a few years old.
So, like, why do they give it away?
No Good Deed Goes Unpunished, and all that.

Sounds cool.
It’s shareware, they get by on donations. They ask for $10.
Or rather I think only the first 5 miles are free. We’ll see.
