Paragraphs 71 and 72 are especially delightful.

Defendants’ Defamatory statements, and inaction in removing defamatory statements, damages Plaintiff professionally, and prevented Plaintiff from developing converts to the ET Corn Gods language from the membership of Defendant JREF, and prevented Plaintiff from making financial gains from his twenty-two years of work.
Defendants’ JREF defamatory statements were read by hundreds, if not thousands of “viewers”, who became negatively disposed towards Plaintiff because of the statements, damaging Plaintiff’s reputation and income.

So basically, a few posters’ insults created a bad impression of you for everyone else? Riiiiight. I’m sure it was the insults that did that.

So, if his suit is thrown out of district court with prejudice (or whatever the correct legal term is), I wonder if he’ll appeal to the Supreme Court on the grounds that the district court, by throwing out his case, was interfering with his right to free speech. That would make as much sense as anything else he’s written …
