If this movie lives up to its trailer, it has epic potential
Meh, trailer didn’t do anything for me.
I can see the offensiveness but will the movie bring the humor?

The movie was made in 2010 and still hasn’t been released.
The movie had seven writers, eleven directors, and sixteen producers.

There’s a big difference between things that are offensively funny, and things that try to be funny by simply being offensive. I have no idea which category this will fall into, of course, but it seems like the latter one is more common these days.
It’s an anthology. Each with a different story and set of people. They don’t make many of those anymore. I haven’t watched the trailer, and won’t. The eclectic cast is enough to get me there. From the article:
