It does appear to be made for TV. Customarily, we have not used made for TV films in this game. But I’ll second the vote for not objecting.
If we don’t use it, Musetta has been in a few other movies.
Well, its IMDb listing doesn’t have a (TV) designation by it, so I figured it was fair game. The movie also has an MPAA rating of R, as well as a German one of 16, so that indicates that Mansquito was at least released with an eye to theatrical distribution. Still, to avoid controversy, I’ll go with Project: Metalbeast, which appears to be a valid play. In that case, Corin Nemec is still available.
