This issue has come up in past games, IIRC. Don’t recall how it was resolved. I think the thread started should decide this one.

We’d never played that you could jump through versions of the film. If Val Kilmer wasn’t in the Michael York version (did they play the same character in these two different versions, I’ve only seen the first?) then he can’t be played off of the film.
