This is a weird one but I have this scene stuck in my head and can’t place it.
A psycho(medical term :P) with a gun has taken a family hostage in a house by the sea, at one point near the end he forces their kids to dance naked by gunpoint on a table.(no nudity is visible in the scene). Then it ends outside the house by the ocean.
The hell is this from?
This is a complete WAG since I’ve never actually seen it, but is it “Cape Fear”?

Not Cape Fear, not Klown.
Should have added the movie appeared to be made sometime in the 70s-early 80s.

I would say Prince of Tides but I don’t remember any dancing scene.
The Possession of Joel Delaney (1972). I think it’s only one dancing kid though.
According to the Wikipedia article, it does contain full-frontal nudity, actually, of a 13-year-old boy.

I’ve seen it and it does. It’s a pretty cheesy film.
